Stop Guessing What Your Body Needs — Take This 5-Minute Quiz Instead

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) groups the body into nine "constitutions", each describing a different pattern behind things like fatigue, stress and skin issues. Our quiz takes about five minutes, asks simple questions about how your body actually behaves, and gives you a personalised result with a matching tea and a few practical habits. No guesswork, no jargon, no fifteen supplements you don't need.
Most wellness advice is guesswork. This isn't.
Walk into any pharmacy and the advice tends to sound the same for everyone: drink more water, sleep more, take a multivitamin. None of it is wrong, exactly. It is simply generic, written for an average person who does not really exist.
Traditional Chinese Medicine takes a different approach. It starts from the idea that your body runs on its own internal pattern, often called a "constitution", and that this pattern shapes why you get tired the way you do, why your skin reacts the way it does, and why stress tends to settle in your shoulders rather than your stomach. Two people who both say they are "low on energy" can have completely different causes, and completely different fixes.
There are nine of these patterns in total. TCM practitioners have used this framework for centuries to work out, fairly quickly, what is actually going on with someone before suggesting anything else.
Our quiz takes that same framework and turns it into five minutes on your phone.
What the quiz actually asks
This is not a quiz about your star sign or your favourite colour. It is built around things you have probably already noticed about your own body, such as:
- Your energy levels – not simply "are you tired", but tired in what way, and at what time of day.
- How your body responds to stress – tight shoulders, bloating, a tightness in the chest, or none of the above.
- Your temperature patterns – whether you tend to run cold, run warm, or somewhere in between.
- Skin and digestion signals – breakouts, bloating or sensitivity, the sort of things you may have simply learned to live with.
- A few deeper questions if your earlier answers point towards something specific, such as hair thinning or persistent acne.
Nothing invasive, and nothing that takes longer than making a cup of tea.
What you get at the end
Your result is not a horoscope. It is a plain-language explanation of your primary body constitution, and usually a secondary one too, since most people are a blend of two or three patterns rather than a single, tidy category.
From there, we point you towards what tends to help: a specific AŌRA tea formulated for your pattern, foods worth eating more of, and a few daily habits that make more sense once you understand why your body behaves the way it does. No guesswork, and no need to buy several products at once.
Why this matters more than it sounds
Here is the thing. Most people have quietly assumed their symptoms are simply "how they are." Always cold. Always bloated. Always breaking out no matter what they eat. It is easy to put this down to bad luck, or to think it is just part of who you are.
It is usually neither. It is a pattern, and once you can name it, you can start working with it rather than around it.
That is really the point of the quiz. Not to hand you another label to carry around, but to save you the years of trial and error that most people go through before working out what their body has actually been asking for.
Ready to Find Out?
The quiz takes about five minutes, there is no sign-up needed to see your result, and you will walk away with something far more useful than "drink more water."
