Payment

How can I cancel/change my subscription?

Login and go to your dashboard, click on "Orders". You will be able to view all your subscriptions on the tab, and adjust or cancel your subscriptions. We have made it super easy, so no complicated processes!

What payment methods do you accept?
Accept all major debit and credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Amex.

Are your products Vegan or Vegetarian?
100% Vegan and Vegetarian as our products are all herb-based.

Logistics

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship outside of Singapore, but that is currently in the works. Do look out for more updates in the future!
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping within Singapore is a flat rate of $10. Enjoy free shipping for orders above $80!
How long does shipping usually take?
It will take 3-7 working days.

Exchange/Refunds

Do you accept exchange or refunds?
As this is a consumable product, unfortunately we do not accept any exchange or refunds once the product is sent out. To cancel your subscription, make sure that you cancel before the payment cycle happens so that we will not send out your product.
